By using Geoa (geoa.app) you accept these terms. Geoa is operated by AddonNordic ApS (CVR 46495985, Aalborg, Denmark). Contact: hello@geoa.app.
1. The service
Geoa provides GEO/AEO analysis, AI visibility measurement and content generation for businesses. The service includes:
- GEO score analysis of publicly available websites
- AI citation checking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot
- Recommendations and automatic website improvements — either applied automatically or prepared for your approval, depending on the type of change (see section 4)
- Content generation (blog posts, LinkedIn posts, metadata)
- Weekly pipeline of visibility updates and reports
2. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the period.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice for existing customers.
- The free tier provides one GEO scan per month.
3. Your responsibilities
- You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others.
- You are responsible for ensuring the content on your domain complies with applicable law.
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service.
4. AI content
Geoa uses AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Jina.ai) to generate content and analyses. Although we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should always review and approve content before publishing.
Automatic changes to your website. If you install one of our integrations (e.g. the WordPress plugin, Cloudflare Worker or Shopify app), you authorise Geoa to apply technical improvements to your website within a limited, predefined set of change types (e.g. metadata, structured data, robots and llms files). Changes outside this set are always prepared for your approval before being applied. All changes are recorded in a change log in your dashboard and can be rolled back. Changes are written into your own system — if you cancel your subscription, you keep the improvements that were applied.
Automatic reports and messages. Geoa sends automatically generated reports and task messages (e.g. the weekly report from "your AI employee"). Automatically generated content is marked as such, and replies to our emails are read by a human. The figures in reports are based on our measurements at the time of sending; if we discover material errors in a sent report, we correct them in the dashboard and notify you if the error matters for your decisions.
Your accounts with third parties. Some recommendations concern your accounts with third parties (e.g. Google Business Profile). Actions there are performed by you or require your explicit approval, and you are responsible for complying with that platform's terms.
5. Limitation of liability
Geoa provides the service "as is" without warranties of specific results. How third-party AI services (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity) mention or cite your business is controlled by those services and can change without notice; Geoa measures and improves your prerequisites but cannot guarantee a specific outcome with a third party. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data or consequential damages, unless otherwise established under Danish law. In any event, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.
6. Intellectual property
The Geoa platform, including software, design and branding, belongs to AddonNordic ApS. Content generated through the service belongs to you as the customer.

8. Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints can be sent to hello@geoa.app. Disputes are settled under Danish law and jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We update these terms as needed. For material changes we notify registered users with 30 days' notice.
