This is how it happened
Found
Geoa asks ChatGPT the questions a customer might ask about us. On 12 September, the reply described Geoa as a company that produces geodata and maps.
Corrected
On 15 September, we clearly stated on our website what Geoa is, and what we are not. This information is now available in all four languages, including in the file that the AI services read.
To be checked again
The correction is now live. On 29 September, Geoa will ask ChatGPT again, and we’ll post here to let you know if the answer has changed.
